At Key73 we have been renovating properties for the past 8 years and advertising them on Airbnb and Booking.com. Currently we have 7 properties, 2 of which are in the UK, 3 are seaside holiday homes and 2 are for group stays. Unlike many other companies, We own all the properties we advertise, so all the properties are a high standard and guests know what to expect if they have stayed with us before .

About Poc Fada

Poc Fada is a traditional Irish Pub that has been lovingly restored in 2022 to keep all of it's original features and is now ready to welcome up to 19 guests. The bar is a fully working bar where guests can bring their own beverages and there is an outside area with a hot tub and outdoor shower area for a unique and relaxing stay. If you are looking for an authentic getaway for a celebration or a family get together Poc Fada is your ideal stay. Located in the centre of Killorglin town.

The Space

The bar has been restored and Kept traditional and authentic, the living accommodations has also been renovated to keep with the era of the pub but has been modernised to allow a very comfortable stay. There is an outdoor space that has a large hot tub, seating and an outdoor shower. There is a large modern working separate kitchen and the dining room seats 19 people. There is wifi and a smart TV available at the property.

Michelle’s accommodation is absolutely incredible. She has done an amazing job on this house and the interior design is breathtaking. It comfortable fit 19 of us and the queue for the showers were never too long! The bar is such a great feature of this house. We had so much fun!! The venue was fantastic, we were a group of 16 and it fit us all very comfortably. Between the bar and the hot tub, there was so much craic to be had, you had to tear yourself away from the place. It was perfectly located near all the local sights, beaches and Killarney town, so couldn’t have worked out better. We couldn’t recommend the place highly enough if organising a get together for a larger group.

Visited the property with a large group of friends and was very impressed from the outset with the hosts communication and prompt responses. The property itself was beautiful and extremely clean and we had the added benefit of using the working bar on the residence along with the hot tub. We had a fantastic trip and there was a great buzz in Kilorglin due to Puk Fair being on the same dates. We were pleasantly surprised by the cost of the AirBnB and value for money. Would love to return for another visit!
